Little Buds School by MEG
“Talent can only thrive by good education”
Mary-Ellen Gerber started two decades ago with education projects in India to give poor children a better chance in life. Twenty years later MEG had the same desire for the present generation of children. Some of the former MEG teachers and children, who have become adults, have taken up the torch of this endeavor by creating small schools under the name “MEG’s Little Buds Schools”.
These little schools will give the opportunity to these disadvantaged children to access to a basic education in their State language and in English. These Volunteers donate hours of their time for this good cause. They will receive a bonus according to the received donations. The French Association RSLE supports this work by paying for the school supplies.

In the future MEG intends to open more Little Buds Schools.
